KFC

Didn't know their head from their ass. simple order of boneless banquet and a boneless dip meal turned into 3 mini fillets 2 fries and some chicken pieces. took them ages to work out what was wrong when we said. and when we asked for some dips. it was like we asked for the answer to the universe our request for a mayo,ketchup and garlic dip turned into 1 mayo (one thing correct), 4 Heinz bbq and a packet of salt. the worst service from a KFC ever

I can never complain about my food from kfc because I love it and it's always perfect but I was a bit disappointed for my friend as we're travelling to goodwood racecourse from Helmsley and we stopped for a kfc here and after waiting half an hour to get served she really wanted to try a tower burger meal and quite clearly asked for one .we got our takeaway and set off back up the m40 she opened her burger and it was a zinger meal a bit disappointing to get the wrong meal I understand that mistakes happen especially as they are so busy but we couldn't even turn around and get what she really wanted as we were back on the motorway. .unfortunately we never got a receipt either ..typical! !!

I used "pay and collect" machine and get my order in 3minutes. When I finished my meal some lady took my plate from the table to clean'up. Good and nice service.
