service was slow. my zinger burger was literally the smallest chicken burger I've ever seen in my life. was like a snack size. the chicken bites were stone cold and rock hard. tbf the manager refunded my money for those with no fuss.Food: 2/5
KFC Redhill, Good food, Good service, quite busy, but could be cleaner. No one was wiping tables, or sweeping floors, Between each customer. Maybe they do not have enough staff. That, I don't know I'm afraid. It is only a small shop. They had quite a few motorcycle delivery drivers standing around as well. That may have also, contributed to making the place look untidy.
Absolutely terrible service! Their delivery efficiency is appalling. Waited over an hour and a half for my food. They kept on extending the delivery time. If I could give half a star I would. Sort it out KFC Redhill!
Never had a bad experience from this branch The zinger stacker is always fresh crispy and spicy with a nice portion of salad and sauce Chips always piping hot and litrally will only use this chicken house
No receipt printed and my order disappeared from screen so didn't know what stage it was at. Just badic stuff that shouldn't be a issue. Got a few things delivered from them and always miss something out each time we order so don't order for delivery from here anymore
The food is terrible, especially for someone coming from Ghana where I know the taste of real KFC rice and chicken. They offered me a treat on my next visit as compensation but I'm never stepping there again.Food: 1/5
Parking is a bit tricky. Fast service. Usually busy. There can be a raucous element especially late in the evening but I've never seen any real trouble. It looks very clean.Food: 5/5
Kfc is a standard restaurant but the staff at the redhill branch are incredibly rude. They started to argue and walked away from me when I was asking a question, I know service industry is tough but to be embarrassed infront of a busy shop infront of my family is inexcusable.
I give only 1star because I go to take some lunch there and the staff not talking nicely and the food was ready 2min after I place the order all the food whas not hot the popcorn chicken was cold and I take the zinger the chicken is look like for children meal all the food is very small portion for the price.
There is a guy that works the chicken that is actually disgusting I sat and watched the actions of the guy literally putting his face close to each piece of chicken spitting and placing in the bag followed by a laugh and found it funny. I wasted my last bit of money on a lunch I could not eat so I'm highly disappointed with the staff at this restaurant.
