Don't. even. bother. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews before ordering. The app is rubbish, apparently our order was on its way 90 mins ago but we've yet to receive it despite living a 4 minute drive away. Kids have gone to bed after eating sandwiches for dinner rather than pizza. I don't have any hope our order will actually arrive. Ordered at 6.47.. at 9.00 no sign. Only 2 pizza's.. nothing extreme. In the process of calling for a refund on hold for 10 mins so far... Just Appalling. First and last time we'll ever attempt a dominos delivery.
I went back with two uncooked pizzas, they said it is how it should be, I left the pizzas there to eat it by themselves! Unprofessional, useless , rude managers! I’ll never order again from them, as I used to order weekly from them and pizzas was always good. But not this time, and not professional to speak like this with customers! At least you can acknowledge that the pizza was uncooked and be nice!!!
Ordered pizza and order came uncooked! Brought the pizza back to shop and staff rude and very unhelpful saying that this is how should be!! Left the order there so i hope you enjoy the quality of the food We pay for what we order it’s not for free so get some manners!!!
For the last two orders the pizza has taken over an hour to be delivered despite the app saying 25 mins. When it was delivered it was cold. It's a shame it's gone downhill.
Ordered a mighty meaty and they forgot the sausage and mushroom. The crust was also 1/3 of the pizza and cheese burnt to brown. My husband ordered a cheeseburger pizza and they forgot the burger sauce. We thought we would try Dominos as a one-off to compare it to Papa Johns which opened recently, never again.
The below is a cut and paste from the joint review of Reigate and Redhill, yes, read on for the fun and games involved in getting a pizza - We went in to order and take-away the pizzas initially at the Reigate branch. Sadly the staff confirmed they couldn’t receive payment by card at that time due to a fault no sign on the window confirmed this, and the Reigate branch has stopped accepting cash awhile back which isn't helpful when card payments cannot be made and shows a lack of suitable business continuity! This left the only payment method via an app to download, and link to your bank account etc. The IT for this sadly didn’t work, and so couldn’t obtain the pizzas due to no available payment mechanism as described... We then went to the Redhill branch, after having been told the 2-4-1 deal was the best value choice on offer at Reigate. However, hindsight showed 2-4-1 large pizzas with 4 toppings was £24.75, yet there was also the any pizza £10.99 deal seen after ordering and leaving etc so too late to have chosen. So 2 pizzas would have been £21.98 and so better value and cheaper than the 2-4-1 deal which was £24.75. So the staff had advised us to choose the more expensive deal saying it was in fact the cheapest - when it evidently wasn’t. This would seem to be a lack of awareness of their deals, or deception depending on the view you wish to take, but either way it's at least very disappointing, annoying etc and offputting for visiting Domino’s, which is a shame since the actual pizzas were actually very tasty. UPDATE 20-3-23: still to this day i've had zero contact from Dominos regarding the above, so poor service with even the customer complaints!
The second time we order from this branch! Fast delivery within 30mins. Food arrived hot and price with promotion was very good.
AVOID. Ordered a big order. Over 2.5 hours late. Had to phone the shop 3 times. Eventually they arrived and they were stone cold. Called the store and all they could do was offer another pizza to be delivered in 1.5 hours. Dp yourself a favour and order from Pizza Project instead.
Absolute shambles. Ordered online for collection so I don’t need to wait at the shop. Waited 15 mins in the shop to collect my pizza, just to be informed my order was given to someone else. Told me to wait again for them to bake a new one. Why should I? Cancelled the order and walked away. Never going back to Domino’s Redhill
I am only having issues with this branch. On Thursday night I had to wait for 1 and half hours for my order, even if the app said ‘delivered’, eventually I got the pizzas that were really cold. Last month I didn’t get the drinks I paid for, after few calls I still didn’t receive neither drinks nor money back. Once I received a medium pizza instead of a large one. And now I also pay for delivery??? Shocking!! This time I will contact some managers, it’s gone way to far. I once was a loyal costumer
