The overall food is good.The shop floor is nice and tidy with nice sitting area and it is good for dinning in with kids.There are lot of parking spaces.The staff is slow and most of the time they forget to put the full order in bag so make sure u have everything especially if you are using drive through service.All in all I will give it 5 stars for food and atmosphere but only 3 stars for service.
Can not say anything about atmosphere as never went inside. Food was as one would expect. I gave 5 star for service as it was a young man doing two roles , rushed off his feet but he was polite and helpful.Food: 3/5
Huge number of customers. The serving ladies were busting their a** of to serve as fast as they can. The place is literally filthy. Unclean, smelly toilets, sticky floors and tables. Probably the manager decided not to spend a penny on cleaning staff. If you are driving through or takeout then probably ok. Parking: 2 hours limitation
The food was nice. Good to see Krushum machine working. Wait is much longer than at McDonald's. We were told 5min but waited slightly over 10 not that much traffic in drive thru us and one other car. Staff polite and friendly. Food was nice and hot. New rice salad is yummy ~ would recommend checking that out if you are going to a KFC. Good amount of sauces and napkins.
Ordered a takeout on the app and checked in just before I got to the restaurant. As I walked in the display showed that my food was ready. I went to the counter and there was no one around. Another woman had also ordered food and had been waiting a while for her food although it also said it was ready. Once someone showed up they messed around with anything other than preparing food. When we questioned what was happening with our food we were snapped at saying that they were waiting for fries. They then took their time preparing our orders. This was definitely not fast food
Third time ordering big share box meal takeaways and getting no sauces or dips … not to mention how the chicken is unchewable. It’s like a chewing gum. We had to throw it awayFood: 4/5
This is probably one of the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in the country. First of all they had me waiting at the drive-through speaker for about five minutes. Nobody said anything to me which is shocking. Then they gave me the wrong order in my bag after waiting for 15 minutes for my food. Then once I got my food, the fries are spilled everywhere and they missed an item.. and the food just didn’t really taste nice overall. Really disappointing I will genuinely avoid using this branch.
This is the worst food outlet I have ever eaten at. Nobody is doing anything. The restaurant is dirty, there is left over food everywhere and the place is empty. The men’s toilet is worse than the toilet in Trainspotting. Won’t be coming here again.Food: 1/5
So me and my friend went to KFC to order some food it clearly states that on sundays they are supposed to be open until 11pm we went there at 10:20 and they were close they made us order through the drive thru and when we got there they said we weren’t I car I said yes I know that but the guy at the front said this is the way to order and they said no they will not be serving us because were not a car and that ONLY THE DRIVE THRU is open until 11pm I said that doesn’t say on your door signage the staff was rude and by the end they did serve us but was very rude. They even made me look like I was just making it up that in front if their door it says they should be open until 11pm on a sunday.
Very clean restaurant and very friendly staff
