This is my first KFC visit in the UK. Have tried before in India and Australia and I have to admit the chicken served here was the best fried chicken I have ever had. Giving the restaurant 4/5 because of the lack of cleanliness.

Update: I have noticed the place has got much cleaner when compared to my last visit. I'd still stick to 4 stars though.

Went in today. Women in scarf was serving us today i asked her if she could clean a bit our table but tbe answer i got from her was "I am not a cleaner, we are short of stuff so you have to find for yourself another table which is clean" I was shocked and speechless. They have no idea what good customer service mean! I won't be returning tgere!!!

I have been here a few times now but won't be returning. I have never had a problem with the food but the staff are unbelievably rude and barely speak English (I don't think it is racist to expect staff working in a fast food restaurant in England to speak English). One time I came here and ordered 2 zinger burgers and 2 portions of fries. The staff member tried to charge me for 2 meals and acted offended when I pointed this out to her. 
I was unfortunate enough to be served by the same person today and when I tried to use my reward card she grabbed it out of my hand and started waving it under the scanner, which is exactly what I had been trying to do. She then just stood staring at me until I told her what I wanted. It wouldn't have killed her to say "Hello" or even "can I take your order?" but it just seems like it would have been too much like hard work for her. As expected, there was no thanks for the payment. To top it all, the fries were thrown into the bag upside down so that they all spilled out into the bag.

My local kfc and the customer service is rubbish. Staff are rude and they always get my order wong.
