We waited 20 minutes to place our order. Saturday lunchtime and they only had 1 till serving. The queue was out the door. On the plus side, once the food was ordered, it didn’t take long and it was lovely and fresh, but if you’re short on time, maybe think twice.Food: 5/5
With only 1 automated menu point working, I had to wait, not a problem. My takeaway was ready quickly, great. The "server" proceded to put my drink on top of my food in possibly the smallest bag. Within 2 minutes of leaving the restaurant there was barely any bag left to hold. Soggy chips & ¾ of a drink left. At least the burger was good. Sorry, but seriously could do better. Haven't had a KFC for about 15 years, I think I'll be dead before the next time, shame
Tables are in complete shambles , poor quality of cleaning service as seats as well are in poor condition . The average waiting time is around 15 minutes which is absolutely absurd for the amount of food to come out on our table. No paper plates were given making us eat on tissue which isn't civilised at all , but in all of this kfc chicken never disappoints me , I don't really care if the chicken is dry as long as there is flavour and plenty of gravy to eat .

This shop is so disgusting I literally didn’t even want to eat my food. I avoided the walls at all costs they’re nasty. And my feet were sticking to the floor because they hadn’t been mopped. Barely any of the tables were cleared from previous customers The staff are rude as hell, I don’t know how they’re still open. Go to McDonalds and save yourself the disgust. It’s not that hard to clean walls and floors..
What an ugly behaviour ! I have been waiting 20 minutes to be received at the till. At some point I asked the girl if anyone can take my order and she told me if I’m paying by card I need to use the machine. I responded that I tried already and couldn’t find what I wanted on the screen. She literally ignored me and kept doing her stuff talking to the delivery guys. I waited a few minutes at the till hoping she will come back, nothing. As soon I left she came back to take the order of two young white guys who paid by card. Like for real do you have an ethnicity problem ? Why this treatment ? I was exited going there she just disgusted me
I thought I'd pop in as I haven't been for a while. They have a shortage of some types of meal/ chicken. The place was pretty empty and I wonder if its because its looking dreary and unclean? Rubbish on the floor, stuff left on tables etc. Distinct lack of staff and cleanliness and the floor was greasy and slippery. I won't be revisiting for some time.
Shocking customer service. Stood at the till totally ignored by the counter staff. Told to use the machines to order even though the deal I wanted wasn't available on the machines. Only doing takeaway even though it was an hour before closing time.Food: 3/5
Every single table is dirty and no one there to clean it. Ordered 20 Hotwings bucket with 4 fries. When we reached home, we saw 6 pcs original recipe chicken and 4 fries. Staffs didn't even cared to take order. Staffs told us there is 20 wings very confident. So we didn't check it at store.
Don't know where the money for the refurbishment went as the place is shocking. One toilet which is very disgusting, few broken tables upstairs, downstairs area closed for no obvious reason and price for salad is £8. No Food: 1/5
