Absolutely appalled by our visit tonight. We waited ages for our food, only for the chicken fillets to be cold when we finally got them. We also ordered two large gravy & mash but were told they had none, so instead we were given loads of small gravies.nnThe biggest issue though was the state of the restaurant. Nearly every table was covered in trays, rubbish and leftover food, and we were lucky to even find somewhere to sit. We were there for around an hour and hardly anything was cleared away during that time. The floor was also incredibly greasy and felt slippery underfoot.nnI understand places get busy, especially in the evening, but the restaurant shouldn’t be left in this state. It was by far the worst KFC I’ve visited, and unfortunately I won’t be rushing back.
The location is quite good. The food was acceptable, although I have experienced superior chicken at a different KFC outlet. The service was great, with staff members who were both friendly and helpful. The ambiance is also pleasant. I did enjoy my visit and would consider returning.
I paid £28.88 for the wicked variety bucket with an extra gravy from this shop, when I backed home open the box found out only 6 pieces of original chicken instead of 10. It was too far for me to drive back to Morecambe and complain about this. Very careless and unprofessional staffs for sure. Very disappointed and not happy
Ordered a zinger burger meal off the KFC app, half way eating through I noticed not 1 but 2 pieces of uncooked chicken. Tried ringing KFC, no answer then rang Uber Eats who have only refunded me under £3 from a £25 order. This isn’t okay and to think you can get away with not cooking food properly and making customers ill is unacceptable.
