Service is quick, as you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately the quality of the food has gone downhill, expecially the pieces of chicken on the bone. The pieces I had were extremely greasy, I felt like I was taking on a mouthful of fat with every bite. Ended up throwing them away as they were just too greasy, even my grandson who's not yet 4 complained about the amount of fat that was on them. I won't be going back unless I can be convinced....sorry KFC

It's KFC. They all operate exactly the same - sell the same food- same drinks. Have a standard business set up. Train staff the same. One KFC's food is no better than any others. So, this one I've been to a few times. Yes it gets busy - we are a growing (literally) nation of fast food eaters - it's bound to get busy! It's bound to run out of certain products! If you like KFC then it's all good. Great food- pleasant staff - no issues. Finger licking good.

This place has been going in a managed decline for a few years now. Only KFC local so keep giving it a chance; more fool me. Not looking for a Michelin star experience but can they not hire someone capable of managing stock? Consistently runs out of items - particularly gravy - especially on days when you expect an increase in custom such as weekends. Get my orders wrong on a regular basis, I make sure to check before I leave and I advise you do to.

Slow food! Here they seem to have forgotten the concept of fast food. Waited in the queue for a good 15 mins and there where only two in front of me. My turn now and waiting, waiting and waiting some more. 20 minutes now, asked the girl if anyone else was available to serve as she was on her own and doing orders for just eat/deliveroo or whatever as they obviously take priority(BS) while us in queue just stand waiting without any interaction with a member of staff. No "sorry for your wait" when i finally got served. Terrible service and I had to go back the counter cos she didn't put my dip in with my boneless banquet. Never again!

Customer service dreadful, food cold and looked like it had seen better days chips like cold cardboard. Waste of money, we will never ever use this place again.
