I went to the shop and ordered some timber. I was charged an additional £10 for their cutting services in order to have them the next day. Went back to collect them the next day afternoon and the chap behind the counter did not even know that I had and order nor he could find the paperwork but what got me the most was he did not even say sorry and told me to come back the following day so he can check it. They called me the next day to tell me my order is ready to collect and I went back, the chap who was serving me was on the phone while serving me. Poor customer service, not good value for money either. I'd suggest you go to B&Q in longwell green, they do the job for you there and then and there is no extra charge for cutting your timber either, quality is far better as well.
