I have recently been working with Tom from Fox and Fox on some potential changes to our small Property Portfolio. The insight and impact of his Portfolio knowledge are already proving both enlightening and achievable. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agency. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive, and it was clear that they had little regard for their tenants. There were serious issues with the property that were not addressed, despite numerous complaints, and it was clear that the agency had no interest in providing a safe or comfortable living environment.  To make matters worse, I experienced discriminatory behaviour and mistreatment from both the agency staff and my fellow roommates. It was clear that there was a culture of racism and xenophobia within the agency, and it was deeply unsettling to see this type of behaviour on display in a supposedly professional setting.  Overall, I cannot recommend this estate agency to anyone. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic human decency make it clear that they are not interested in providing a quality service to their tenants. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a new home to look elsewhere and avoid this agency at all costs.  I have never engaged in harassment before and I believe that only in the UK do people resort to such lies to ruin others' life's. I have not been treated in a multicultural manner throughout this experience and I believe that there was a conspiracy among people of your culture due to jealousy towards me and the job that I do. You cannot achieve what I have accomplished, and your accusations are completely false.

Used Fox&Fox for over three years now to help rent and manage a block of 17 flats in Bristol. They are highly professional, very easy to communicate with and have been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used Fox & Fox to let my property in Bristol. I was really impressed. They let the house quickly and for 50% more rent than any other agent could get. Now they are helping me buy more. I strongly recommend Fox & Fox to anyone with rental properties or wanting to buy some.

TLDR: I can't comment on how well Fox&Fox handle landlord communications, however as a potential tenant, Fox&Fox have made a very very poor impression on me and I personally will avoid them in the future. ----- Full story: I got in touch with Fox&Fox about a property in Bristol I was interested in. We set up a viewing for which I had to drive 2 hours one way and take a day off of work. Immediatelly upon arrival I am called by the agency that they have to cancel my viewing due to them not having the right keys to the property. After some discussion we agree to a virtual viewing on the next day. On the next day I receive no notification from Fox&Fox until the evening at which point I ring them myself I am then told that the landlord is no longer looking to use Fox&Fox as their agent, however this will be clarified on the following week. I again receive no news from them until I ring them up myself on the next week. They now tell me that the property has been already let out to someone else...  My whole experience with Fox&Fox has been convoluted and frustrating right from the start. Saying that communication isn't their strong suit is probably an understatement. If you are a potential tenant, be weary.
