I have used AC Martin Ltd on more than one occasion for different jobs. Our most recent work was quite difficult and critical; Restorative repair work for structural safety. I have always found the prices of AC Martin Ltd to be competitive against other reputable local builders. I have found the quality of the work undertaken by AC Martin Ltd, to be  the highest standard and they have great attention to detail. I have had many different employees of AC Martin Ltd working within our house during the works undertaken. All have been polite and professional, I have felt completely comfortable leaving them working on the house whilst I had to go out. I personally like that they clean each day before they leave, leaving you with the cleanest possible family living space, until the work is finished. They have always turned us as promised, unlike other builders who get delayed on other jobs. During my most recent job, the weather was horrendous, with more than one day of torrential rain. This did not alter their working hours, the boys worked for full days getting completely soaked. Andy is extremely knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions, and wants to ensure complete customer satisfaction, which we have. Thank you for the great work, i will certainly use you again and recommend you to others.

Current client of A C Martin & very happy with work to date - full house plastered, electrics, flat roof repair, skirting / flooring.... Turn up on time, friendly, knowledgeable workers with a passion for what they do. Highly recommended to others.

Called to ask for a quote for small repairs. Agreed a time for a visit, didn't show up. I sent a text an hour later to ask if he was coming, said he ran late and asked to come the next day, which I couldn't do. I replied saying I was free next week, I got no further reply. If you arrange a meeting/visit, then you show up or at least contact them in advance if you know you won't show up. That's just common decency surely?! Avoid if you want reliability.

Professional company would recommend came to service my boiler and amend a fault, parts acquired quickly and a quick fix.Also had them back for a second job to install a new gas hob in the kitchen, 5 star service.

I had a new heating system and various other work completed, and I found them to be knowledgeable and polite. I would certainly recommend them to others!

I am a member of the family of the person who paid for the job & I definitely do not have the wrong company here. Some positives & some negatives. I will say no more.
