Kettering much like any town in the UK, has good points and bad points. Kettering town is within the huge Kettering Borough. There are a few independent shops still, not many stores left from the large chain stores, there are markets on some days, Peregrine falcons nesting each year streamed on live cam on the very tall steeple of St Peter's and St Paul's church and town is close to the amazing Wicksteed Park...
We were helped by the amazing Colin with navigating the platforms, barriers and most importantly finding the the loo all in good order. Very quaint and relaxed with lovely architecture. Very well maintained. Would not have been the same without the service of the staff so thank you keep doing what you do!
The postcode printed here is wrong it isn't NN15 7HT but is in fact NN15 7HJ. The post code listed takes you to a residential area.
A very nice town train station, very clean, friendly staff and good coffee.
The Kettering Train Station is the station we have to get from Corby to transfer to other trains. it's a nice retro style train station that seems to be under renovation. The trains here are regular and they meet my needs. The platforms are well maintained and I look forward to seeing the finished result after the construction is completed.
