Poor management on backshift, treat you life dog s#&t, they put managers partners on good jobs, lots of stuff is way too heavy for one person to lift, several potholes in the warehouse that are dangerous but any time someone has an accident because of it they blame it on the person. As one article said I'm surprised no one has died in there yet, I come to work not knowing weather I'd be going home in one piece

Extremely rude staff and agency! Never again will I work for such companies. The Wincanton staff have no respect for agency and vise versa. They expect you to pick at an impossible rate yet the management are x10 slower at picking than anyone else. When I worked for them I wasn’t feeling 100% so instead of letting me go home they took me off LLOP and made me push a 250kg cage by hand! Absolutely distugstimg, never again will I work for that agency. Do not recommend at all
Unloaded quickly cant complain
Very lazy on unloading 4 hours for single trailer I advise to all drivers avoid all job for this argos center if u coming here u wasting more than 4 hours
DO NOT think about working in this place if you love yourself. As soon as you start, you will feel the work is so easy and nobody bothers you, but after 2-3 weeks they come behind you asking higher pick rates. You will never be able to reach targets if you follow health and safety procedures. Worst ever headsets they use for voice picking, always go out of range. voice prompts are very slow and complecated. Management don't really care what you say, they just force you. Very stressful work. When you ask about the job over the phone before you join, they say "you will be lifting regular argos stuff like table tops, toys, etc", once you are in you will realise what you've got to lift is bloody wooden wardrobes, beds, microwaves, 55inches televisions, bicycles, etc with those items. Target at the moment is 60 items per hour and they are planing to increase it soon. And its really scary to listen to people about their spinal injuries, hernia operations in your break time. If you still prefer to work there, you will remember this when your back starts killing you after a few weeks of work. Don't go there if you love yourself.
Almost slavery while working there
this company is one big misunderstanding. ignorance and disrespect for the driver's time. I was 45 minutes before the planned unloading and left after 3 hours, I was late for the next delivery. defeat.Im first and last time herre
Useless office staff who didn't realise my collection had been cancelled and sent me loaded anyway.
