Absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated with your taxi firm tonight. You should be put out of business!!! The way you made two girls feel about ourselves is utterly disgusting. I felt so unsafe that I had to make sure that my little sister was seen home before I was, and we were both made to feel that we were unfit humans to even be in your taxis ! I literally cannot imagine anything worse than the experience I had this evening and the only reason I didn’t make a fuss of it during the process because I was because I was so scared if I did make a fuss your man wouldn’t take me home! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
TERRIBLE services will not recommend this company I am literally horrified the driver wouldn't even get out to open the boot for me to put my small suitcase in. The driver made me pay before the journey and I thought 'ok then he got lost'.When I tried to let him know, he had his air pods in both ears and didn't respond.When the driver got to a junction familiar to me, I told him to turn right then left and its the first house on the left he just drove past and I said to him "where are you going," and he said "ohhh I was told a different address then," I said "my house number again" and he told me "GET OUT THEN!" and said "no I paid for this service," and he did an abrupt U-turn to do an emergency stop in front of my house.When I went to get my suitcase he accused me of breaking his boot UNBELIVABLE!!!!!!why he kept sitting in his car instead of opening and closing his boot absolutly shocking. I will never use this company ever again very rude and unprofessional !!!!!
Pre-booked a taxi, called twice and was told two different stories about when the taxi would get here, the taxi ended up being 20 minutes late and I missed my train. No one seemed very bothered about it!
Wish drivers would learn how to drive! Pulling out in front of cars without looking nearly causing crashes then swearing at other road users is absolutely disgusting.
I appreciate taxi drivers want to get places but pushing 60 in a 30 and taking corners wide is not professional or appreciate, let alone remotely legal. Also noted the engine management light lit up on the dash. My question would be what else on this vehicle is faulty? I’ve had a few good drivers from KLM however this last experience is a deal breaker for any future use. Also, being asked to “get cash out from this cash machine” rather than wanting me to pay by card is also a bit odd.
disrespectful people, I ordered a taxi from 14:30 to pick up my child from school. It was 3:30 p.m. and they didn't come. As many times as I called, they said "he's on his way, he'll come in 2.3 minutes. They're making fun of people.It was the first time and it will be the last time
The service was horrible. I called an hour in advance to book the taxi. at the time they had to be there they were not and I was waiting 50 minutes. I was calling every 10 minutes and they always told me two minutes and you have it there but nothing. and in the end it was 50 minutes late and I had to pay even on top. I don't recommend it to anyone
Ordered a taxi ahead of time and they were right on time picking me up. Too many taxi companies turn up 10-15 mins early... I'll def be using KLM moving forward
Love klm taxis. They are the only taxi firm I use in Kettering. The staff are very friendly and the taxis are always on time
Well over priced the bloke drove half way round kettering just sp the fair was alot more than it should have been wont be using again
