Been going to the Keswick for years and when KBC opened 8 or 9 years ago we bought some shoes there. We still buy our boots and shoes there whenever we are in the Lakes. Great Service, great range and great brands.  Alex & Kerrie know their stuff and makes it very easy find the right pair of shoes/boots for what you need.  Oh Chicken is lovely too! (Woof!)

Great service from Alex and Kerrie, no pressure to buy, friendly and very knowledgeable about fitments. 

I bought some Aku approach shoes last year, and they didn't quite fit in the available sizes due to my odd shaped feet, but Kerrie went through all the options, including adding my own insoles, and now I have a perfectly fitting shoe.

Always nice to walk in and see Chick, the Head of Customer Services, such a chilled dog.

I'd recommend KBC to anybody looking for quality footwear.

Independent shop staffed by friendly people who  know their stuff. I was fitted with a great pair of boots that fit well and gripped well. I will be back!

Bought my first ever pair of 4 season boots here yesterday. Staff are the best. Couldn't be better. Really friendly and helpful. Great quality boots too

Fantastic customer service, always a warm friendly welcome whenever we go in. Dog and small human friendly - great on Facebook & Twitter too, great to feel engaged all year round!
