Great little mini break, caravans clean, modern and functional the views are breathtaking but wouldn't recommend it if you've got walking difficulties, but the on site shopNisa local is way over priced seems to have put 75p on the price of everything!! A lovely we break a we day in largs only 10 min away nice place to eat too , view was beautiful facing the sea ,sun all weekend what else can you ask for

We are staying on the Parkdean site at Wemyss Bay. Whilst out searching for the rope swing over the river we stumbled across Kellybank. There is a great outdoor play area, arcades and reasonably priced food. The staff are really friendly and can not do any more for you. We decided to eat here after eating at the Parkdean grill. The prices at Parkdean were extortionate. We had a meal here, at Kellybank, for half the cost and a higher standard. Would highly recommend if you are staying at Wemyss Bay Parkdean.
Staff at the park are Fab especially the bar staff Lorna, Brian and Jamie Top marks guys Food is cheap and really tasty
I have never not came here, as I have been coming here my entire life. For me this is my happy place and personally it's amazing. My child and my siblings children are now having the same experience and the eldest is 22 and we all feel the same. This place is special.

Our holiday was actually at parkdean and after 2 days we were ready for just going home due to the terrible conditions. The review I left them is on trip advisor Allan was walking the dog and found you and what a find it was !!!! A warm friendly atmosphere with beautiful, delicious home cooked food at realistic prices. We stayed a few more days because of you and enjoyed every single visit. Keep up the good work your place is great, well done Thank you, Allan & Tracey
Lovely caravan park, very busy but didn't feel crowded. Good entertainment for kids. In a hill so can be a bit of a climb. Real lack of pavements for pedestrians though.
Nice and relaxing, friendly people and staff.
Good caravans but it's up a huge hill without any pavement or pedestrian area, so roads are quite dangerous.
