From start to finish, I can't recommend Kelly Services highly enough. Kate is super professional and so friendly. You just know she's got your best interests at heart whilst still maintaining her clients brief. I have contracted with clients via Kelly Services a few times and the end to end process, from screening, due diligence, paperwork, invoicing scheduling and any troubleshooting was always smooth, and resolved super fast. My liaison at Kelly Services was Karen Provan. Karen provided an excellent service and a great one-to-one personal contact, always resolved things super fast via telephone call or via email. Compared to other providers I have experienced, there was no waiting around to resolve issues and I never had to chase repeatedly for anything. Karen provided what I call a “no nonsense super fast service” and it was a pleasure to have her as my direct contact. I would not hesitate to use Kelly Services in the future and it would be a great pleasure and peace of mind if I crossed paths with Karen Provan at Kelly Services again.
From the moment I applied to the job I was interested in, Kelly Services has helped me step by step, from explaining the job details to getting all the documents ready and supporting me with the onboarding process practice test included. Zoe-Amber, in particular, has been an amazing and incredibly kind representative and advisor. She immediately got back to me both by email and by phone - her availability helped a lot speeding up the onboarding process, and she also checked in with me after the mandatory training and during the first week of work. Great customer service!

My first experience as a contractor for Kelly. Ended up working 2 years for a global FMCG company with them. A shout out to Katherine, my POC, who has been outstanding. She was responsive, always helpful to reach a fast resolve and good communicator. Deducting some points as the HR systems timesheet vs payroll used can be more user-friendly and screen-responsive. It takes getting used to to navigate the systems.
Karen Provan at Kelly Services is one knowledgeable lady, from the beginning her quick responses and know-how, made a lengthy onboarding process much easier. The company I’m working for need the highest security clearance and Karen answered all my questions no matter how small promptly, honestly and with professionalism. Highly recommend.

Very poor. Chloe Curtis-Hopkinson is not professional at all. She arranged an interview for me with Apple. I went to the interview, all well. Then I wanted to know about the outcome and she didn't respond to any email or to any phone call. She is not professional. I cannot understand why I cannot get a job and she can have this job. I am sure I am more professional and provide better customer service than she does. She has no respect at all!
