My wife and I are very happy to recommend Eden Private Staff, our experience with them was always professional, with a good interview process, weekly updates of relevant available positions and a stress free job interview then acceptance process. Having registered with Eden in October '21 we accepted an Estate Management role in March '22, being happy to wait for the right position. We greatly appreciated that whilst we took our time to find the right position we never felt pressured into applying for roles that didn't meet our criteria. This was refreshing and reinforced our impression that a genuine effort is made to match the right employee to employer. Eden Private Staff had a good number of current and relevant job vacancies available for our consideration. Our thanks to the staff members we dealt with, Mark and Alex, who were both very approachable, professional and competent. Having been through the same process with other competing agencies in the past we'd now recommend starting your employment search with Eden.
My experience with Eden was incredibly quick, easy and seamless. They were so professional with great communication. Karen was helpful and supportive when I applied for a role that was advertised on their website. I am very happy that I went with Eden Private Staff to help me find a job.
We have used Eden four times in 2022 to find: a maternity nurse 5 months, an emergency maternity nurse at very short notice 1 week, a temporary holiday nanny 1 month, and a part-time nanny 2 weeks. The service has been excellent throughout. The office respond quickly and helpfully, they take our requirements seriously and offer guidance when appropriate. The nurses and nannies have been exceptional every time.
Myself and my partner were seeking a domestic couple position, out of all the agencies we interviewed with, Eden were by far the best. We worked with Alex and Mark and they were fantastic with sending new jobs through regularly, communicating with us, and finding the perfect job for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for private work.

I used Eden to find a live-out Nanny, in Surrey. I was really pleased with the service - Karen was excellent from beginning to end, giving me much needed advice and guidance as a new mum and first-time nanny employer. She was also very communicative, quick to respond, and most importantly found me an excellent nanny in a tough market! Very grateful to Eden and Karen, and will certainly use them again in future.
