Smooth and easy! Friendly and efficient crew. 5/5 will use again. Got a preliminary online quote, got help from Chris on the phone to set it up, and later Oliver was helpful by email to iron out my final questions and confirm delivery date and address. A lovely chap called Jason arrived on the day with a van to pick up all the items. Still amazed that they could accommodate pickup with just two weeks notice! I get anxious about booking services and always worry if I note down the correct time and date, so it was really helpful to get email and SMS reminders a few days before and on the day of pickup. The bill is paid in two parts, one after pickup and one after redelivery. Getting help from Kelly's was definitely the decision in the moving process so far.
Everything about working with Kelly's was great from start to finish. Ollie, who I spoke to at the office, was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Ben and Joe who moved and collected my furniture and boxes for storage were incredible! They were so professional and took amazing care of my property. Everything was done with a smile, even carrying my very heavy sofabed down 3 flights of stairs was done cheerfully! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Kelly’s were superb start to finish. Accommodating to our changing needs and dates, impeccable professionalism and service. Ollie was superb on the phone and I can’t rate Barry and Josh highly enough when they came to our flat. They did all the work, at pace, gave us options when our plans changed. We’ll definitely use them again.
I’ve been using Kelly’s Storage for over three years now and I’ve always been very happy with the service. This time around my stuff was delivered by Joe and he was extremely kind and helpful. The type of person you want to come across while dealing with the stress of moving in to a new place. I highly recommend them.
What a superb company from start to finish! My first time using a storage unit so I had some nerves and lots of question! Chris at the office was extremely patient and helpful throughout - thank you. Ben T and Callum arrived to load the storage unit. They put me at ease immediately and were clearly highly skilled at their work. I couldn’t recommend this company more! Have no doubts they will look after you!
Dan was absolutely brilliant, personable with a great attitude! I couldn’t stop thanking him. He was very kind to go out of his way to help me, was happy to help and did so diligently. We could not fault the service we had from Kelly's. From initial phone calls answering all my questions, through to the packing and taking into storage, they have been brilliant! Nick, Nick, Ed and Dom came to load up our furniture and they could not have been more friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to help us and made a stressful day seem so much easier! I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly's to others.
I can’t recommend these guys enough. The whole process is easy and efficient from collection and storage to delivery. In particular I want to say thank you to Ben M and Ben T who have been absolutely amazing. They worked so hard yesterday and today, and were so helpful with all the issues we had getting and fitting our stuff into our tiny cottage. They really showed that they cared about how it was all going to fit and took the time to help resolve the issues we had. Thank you Ben and Ben you make a great team, and to Callum yesterday for all your hard work. You all deserve a medal for manoeuvring furniture up the tiny staircase . Will definitely use you guys again
Excellent service. Benj and Callum were so friendly and helpful it made the moving out experience great. They were amazing using every inch of the pod to make sure everything is safely and securely packed. They were kind, communicated well and offered good advice when I needed it. I tried to look for a company that would made me feel sure my stuff is well looked after and their professionalism guarantees that. I will update my review after my goods are redelivered in a few weeks time :
NickK and Josh from Kelly's went above and beyond when delivering my items. They were friendly and competent, and were not deterred even when I told them my flat was at the very top of a 5-story building with no lift. Amazingly, everything was moved in before 30 minutes had passed. I couldn't be more pleased with the service
