I would like to recommend big yellow storage barking branch to everyone looking for storage.
The branch is eqipped with well trained staff and the brilliant manager.
They all are very lovely helpful and always go extra steps to help customers.
Especially the manager Alison is very nice and professional and deal with all customers very nicely.

As a self-storage warehouse I couldn't recommend the Big Yellow Barking highly enough. Having tried other storage places in the past this branch certainly exceeds all expectations. The staff are excellent and it's really well run by the manager, Alison. They always go out of their way to please customers.

If you do happen to be using Big Yellow Storage in Barking check your contract, because they have the incompetence to spell your name correctly! Given that you show your ID to them so it’s down to THEM and then will blame you for not checking it and then making you have to go out of your way for THEIR mistake. it’s a massive inconvenience for someone who doesn’t drive and doesn’t plan to visit any time soon.
