I was able to negotiate a good rate with Jalpa initially, but then the rates seemed to rise exponentially. When I vacated, most of my deposit was retained. The reason that was given was that mail needed to be forwarded on, even though I wasn't having mail delivered to that address.

A Breeze. Excellent information on hand, no sly or pushy tactics just straight forward advice and a very friendly team. Jalpa will always go out of her way to help and Nigel is a truly pleasant chap who will always help, even if he is extremely busy. (which he always is) Excellent facilities here for a very competitive price range. Great location, lots of amenities within walking distance and all the main transport links just a stones throw away. I am looking forward to expanding here and the other office holders are very welcoming and just as pleased with the service offered. Jalpa is very refreshing in that she really does seem to care and take an interest in the business and the people behind it.

We have been here for five months now and are very pleased with the office and package, it was a good move on our part. The rates represent good value for money and the agreement is fair. There is easy access from the main roads (A1, M1, and M25) as well as central St Albans. The site has ample parking and 24 hour access. Jalpa and Nigel are helpful and always willing to assist with any request. The facilities are good, the offices light, airy and spacious. The other occupants are friendly and the kitchen and breakout facilities in unit 1 is an excellent amenity, as is the garden space , therefore you do not have to lunch at your desk. The location near the London Colney shops is excellent. There is a Tesco Express with cash point, a Simmons Bakers for sandwiches and cakes and a the large Co Op has a Post Office, plus more. All within ¼ a mile.
