I would highly recommend contacting Kellie's office for assistance. The response from Kellie was immediate and I was assigned a caseworker Rebecca who took control of my case and kept me informed every step of the way which meant I did not have to stress about it. Rebecca provided a first class service; extremely helpful, professional and friendly throughout. A positive outcome was received in a timely manner which I have no doubt was due to Rebecca's input.
I phoned Kellie’s office for some advice regarding an appeal. I was promptly in touch with Rebecca. Unfortunately the appeal was long and drawn out. Rebecca was amazing. Great communication with us and very understanding of all that was going on. The outcome was in our favour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend getting in touch with Kellie & Rebecca. Friendly professional and very understanding.
