We’ve recently purchased one of the plots at the Lyndon Park development.nnOur journey with Keepmoat has been absolutely fantastic.nnThe sales process was welcoming, Originally we were looking at a different development, but stopped after not liking the house but more importantly, the very pushy sales tactics.nnWith Alicia at the Sales office, there wasn't a hint of pushiness, and the team genuinely helped us navigate through the options to make the house ours. - this seriously highlighted the professionalism from Keepmoat staff.nnOnce the house was fully built, we had a home Demo with Alicia and Wayne, a few snags were identified; but nothing too major. And most of these were fixed after we got the housennOnce the house had exchanged and we moved in, and the house was being lived-in a few more snags were identified.nnSuch as damaged internal doors and the front door hinges are the wrong way round a few other snags. - a lot of these have been already been fixed / replaced.nnBut, I have to say, Keepmoat, especially Wayne, has been our lifesaver.nnWayne's been incredible in getting those snags sorted out, turning what could have been stressful into a smooth experience.nnOnline you always see new builds getting a bad reputation but Keepmoat, you've made turning a house into a home a wonderful journey for us. Specifically thank you to Liam, Daniel and Wayne.
WILL NOT RECOMMENDnStaff members at sale office are nice but we just had too many problems with the house …nn1. Completion delayed.nn2. Poor quality of work done.nn3. Mental health torture living their homes.nn4. They'll take forever to get back to your queries and concerns.

Completion delayed a few time, ended up to get the key only on the LAST DAY of my mortgage offer - very stressednn2. Poor quality of work done, especially door + staircases paint.nBathroom tiles not even be put at level, and they said they can do nothing about it.nn3. Countless issues eg: missing window seal, broken cupboard doors, poor quality of work done on bathroom seals, creaks on walls, missing parts on roof top, they repaired it and it been blow off by wind a week after…. and more …nI ended up given up slanging :nn4. Less than a year since we moved in, now there’s a leak at main bathroom, causing DAMP on wall, skirt board, carpet, and it carry to damage to the bedroom next to it; call customer care, took 2 days to arrange a plumber to LOOK at it and done nth and then left, phone up again the day after to book another person in to hopefully fix it, and the earliest day would be in another 4 days, now still waiting.nWe have a lady pregnant with 6 months in the house and that is the only bathroom on the house; we ended up to join a gym membership in Accy to get shower. Unbelievable
As soon as they get your 5 star review for the NHBC they basically don’t care about you anymore.nnWhen I first moved in they couldn’t do enough and quickly fixed any snags and issues. I was contacted regularly by customer care and then asked to complete the NHBC survey with a glowing recommendation so they could maintain their 5 star house builder status with NHBC.nnI did this and I honestly wish I hadn’t. Once they’ve got your review they couldn’t care less about any issues you have with the house. My shower was leaking due to an incorrectly fitted bath and water was subsequently dripping out from the ceiling downstairs underneath the bathroom. It took them 2 months to refit the bath, and I’m still waiting for themnTo repair the ceiling downstairs. I have also raised a formal complaint and their policies state I’m to receive a reply within 2 working days - it’s been over a week and nothing.nnAvoid like the plague.
Went to see someone's new house, it was lovely. Work is still going on other properties
