Friendly staff. You get good value of pool, sauna and gym if you have blue light discount so it's certainly better than other gyms nearby. It's never that busy so it's good for me maybe my only downside is it is not 24/7 but it doesn't change my life that much so it's still 5 stars. Machines are never broken unlike other places I've been and the locker rooms feel safe.
I come with my toddler for the parent/ toddler session, its a great price and in a private area! The water is lovely and warm and a great range for the little ones to so. With a double small slide they can use independently, pool toys, water play area and they have armfloats available
Very rude young lady with blonde hair on reception today 11/6 around 7:30pm. Not very helpful at all. Gave me incorrect information and was acting like she couldn’t be arsed. No customer service skills at all. Later found out from another member of staff that she was due to finish her shift.. I don’t think that is a valid reason to act rude, sorry to say. Was then helped by a more experienced staff member lady after her who was very friendly and helpful. Thankyou.
very very rude staff the old lady on reception and the guy inside the pools and a young lady all of them terrible didn’t give enough information then asked for passport to confirm my sons age luckily i had it when showed them they said u cant even stand here watch ur son bcz not wearing swimwear .. clearly recists bcz i was wearing head scarf i could tell bcz how they all ganged up to kick me out was absolutely ridiculous shame on all of you i had to leave cuz my 3 years old didnt want to go in the pool nd i couldnt even take himnplay pool which hardly have any water i had to leave even though we paid for us all 3 management needs to sort these stupid people out such a shame honestly cant discribe enough how they made us feel my both kids were so upset it was out first timenand for sure last time one more time shame on you
