Mark the engineer did a great job.  He was very knowledgeable, efficient and polite.  I will definitely call Keep Warm Heating again for all of my heating/plumbing requirements.

I am writing this review on behalf of a relative, I had Keepwarm to fit a new gas fire. I was very pleased with the whole service from the phone call to enquire of which was answered by the most polite lady I think I have ever spoken too right through to the fitting by Richard who  was very polite and could not have been anymore Professional. Excellent Service.Linda Strong.

First rate service, assessor/estimator was faultless and friendly. Clear, helpful and concise about what they could offer. The installation of a brand new upgraded warm air system and water heater was carried out by two first rate engineers who were with us for two days. Cheerful and hard working they completed the job in under the estimated time. Who have you ever contacted that when stating they need to readjust the final quote goes LOWER than the original? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

R B Gas fitted a new warm air system and were excellent. Very pleased with them and their further annual service to the system

If I could give a 0 star review I would - made 2 appointments both of which I had to take time off of work for and their engineers never turned up - never called to reschedule or apologise.

When I called to see where they were was told that their system 'had deleted my address, telephone number, everything but my name so they couldn't get in touch' - a total damn lie or the weirdest IT problem ever.

AVOID LIKE PLAGUE
