I've been working with Erin at Crescent Plumbing for the past 7 years for plumbing fixtures for new custom home and remodels and couldn't be more pleased with our service. She has a great eye for design complemented by an in depth knowledge and understanding of the products carried at Crescent. Erin also provides top notch customer service and has been essential in helping us stay on track with our projects.
They are highly advised. They don't let me down; I've used them twice already. Although they might price a little bit more than the competition, the quality of the service, together with their expertise and efficiency, makes it worthwhile.
The staff at Crescent Plumbing & Painting was polite and competent. completed the task swiftly. He stopped a leak before coming back to put in a kitchen tap. Very neat and efficient. Will employ Crescent Plumbing & Painting once more for other plumbing projects.
Marla at Crescent is the best of the best. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and follows through with all communication. If your looking into any plumbing needs I highly recommend her services.
I spoke to someone in the parts department who advised me they had a part that would work for my project but I would need to drive down to match it up. Drove 45 minutes so that the other guy at the counter could turn me away without even letting me finish my sentence. Not to be too rude here, but this is why no one wants boomers on the work force any more.
