The staff at Rawtenstall branch are all extremely polite, cheerful and welcoming. My house was valued, put on the market and I had several offers within 2 months. The staff at Keenan's were always quick to get back to me and kept me updated with viewers feedback. I can't thank them enough for all their help!
Viewed properties and submitted offers. They want you to go with their "mortgage advisor". I had my own i dont think they liked this. Ironicly the two properties I was interested in ended up going to auction? after I submitted offers!! I wouldn't Deal with them again thats for sure. Very annoying and Time wasting!!
An estate agent who don't want to do any work. One example we didnt have a working shower the water was barely coming out. The shower was the only thing we had in the house when we were shockingly told cause its electric they couldn't fix it. We had to get someone to come look at it who told us the shower head was clogged fixable. That was just one example. We had many all the same, we had to get someone else to come out to do they're job. We asked them to come out to us to look at the problems and they didn't. They continued on email. Shockingly bad truly, they don't care about the people. We were in a freezing cold house with no shower and they didn't help at all just left us.
Awful. Valued our house £20k lower than what we got, we went with a different agency. Unfortunately the house we were buying were selling with Keanans. Our purchase took 8 months to go through, with only 2 properties in the chain, nearly lost the sale of our house as our buyer was so frustrated. We could never get through on the phone to the guy we needed to speak to, given every excuse under the sun as to why he didn't answer / call back and when we did reach him he didn't remember previous conversation and hadn't actioned anything we had discussed. And we were told complete lies at some points. No one else in the office was able to deal with our requests either. They have a good sales pitch to get people to sign up with them, but the customer service after that point is terrible. I would be put off from buying a house again that was using them as an agent.

I can not recommend Keenan’s Enough. Such a friendly personable service. Professional and efficient through the whole process. Laura came to photograph our home and did a beautiful job of showcasing it, she made it look like a show home! Such an eye for detail and very creative. Miles above your standard estate agent photos! 5 stars
Awful experience thus far. Never return calls or respond to requests. I've made the same request to my Sales "Progressor" for weeks without the courtesy of a response or acknowledgement that he's even actioned it. Instead repeatedly get fobbed off whenever I do call. Currently waiting for a call back requested over 2 days ago...I'm not hopeful. The sooner the sale goes through the better. Just so I don't have to deal with Keenans again.
