I have sold quite a few properties in my time and used many estate agents. Howarths were brilliant from start to finish, finding a buyer almost immediately and going the extra mile to get that sale.  They even took all the viewings at anytime, including late evenings and weekend, which many don't do.  I will definitely use them again....they make selling a house so much easier!

We put our house up for sale with Howarth Estates and got absolute superb service. Starting with Joanne who came to value our house and put it on the market the day after. Leanne came to take some really nice pictures and within four days we had a buyer. The sale went through with no issues and Joanne was always there to answer any queries. We was in our new house within ten weeks.
Jason has also sorted our Granddaughter  out with the ideal rental property to suit her needs. He always gives personal service which has taken all the stress out of our major decisions. 
We would recommend Howarth Estates in Rossendale to anyone buying, selling or renting.
