Absolutely disgusting place to visit. The staff and manager was next level rude with ladies. The guards were thinking that they are god. And more, they don't accept phone I'd, they only want physical copy. They were comparing themselves with airport that you have to show physical passport or brp if you want to enter. I mean seriously!!!! 100% unsafe to visit. They should know that clubs are for people Thank goodness that I was with my husband that day. What I'd I planned to go with my ladies DO NOT GO AT ALL I am going to complain about them on all possible platforms because they spoilt our valentine. Once again do not visit
SPIKED AND DRAGGED OUT. I went to kasbah for a couple drinks I had only been there for an hour or so and this man came up to me. A couple hours later there is a video of this man dragging me out of the bar by my wrist and the security doing nothing. I ended up in a&e completely unresponsive as I had been spiked. They then refused to allow the police to have cctv footage to help my case so now I’m a victim and this horrible man is allowed to spike more vulnerable women. I feel absolutely violated and upset by the fact they allow this to happen to young girls.
Very dated wasn't the best venue for the festival which was a shame. Festival it's self was amazing the music was unreal

Terrible organisation's. 2 hour queue time outside unless you pay 12 pound to skip queue. Card readers not working. Filthy toilets. But atmosphere was great lol once you get in and get in drink xFood: 1/5

Can’t give a 0 so have to give 1 this place is vile if your not assaulted by someone or spiked your abused by the bouncers and they will rip chunks of your hair out. Simply do not go it’s not worth the money nor the time.
Considering this place has only recently discovered the invention of paying with card you know its going to be an interesting one. I really think this place would benefit from having a ticket system like every other club. Waiting 45 minutes in the queue is absurd and undeniably not worth it especially when you get in and the place is still empty. Also only body searching the boys has got to be one of the stupidest and most pointless things I've ever seen. The music is alright but the amount of effort you have to go through to get in there is not worth it. Also inconsistent pricing on drinks is rude and unfair. Once again, just treat your customers with some respect. Made the stupid decision to go back again. Got there and there was no queue to the surprise of absolutely no one. But what's irked me is a photo booth that doesn't print the 5 quid worth of pictures you've just paid for. 'Yeah it does that but its not up to us'. Surely a logical person would think 'okay the photobooth doesnt print the pictures so we are wasting our customers money? Maybe we should be somewhat respectful and turn the photo booth off until this problem is resolved and not, just for once, be rude to our customers after charging them different prices depending on what bar they're in.' I genuinely can't get over how badly paying customers are treated at this place. An absolutely bizarre and horrific venue. Also have to pay cash to get in but not at bars genuinely try to make it make an ounce of sense.
Appalling. Being a uni student who has been to many different clubs, this was the worst of all. Firstly, the prices of drinks are ridiculous. The bartenders charge different people different prices for the same drinks. My friend paid an extra £1.20 for the same drink I had also purchased. Secondly, the bouncers are disgusting. They are rude, don’t listen and have no care for the customers. A friend had reported to the bouncers that there was a man who had inappropriately touched her twice however they did not care and removed her from the club immediately for “causing drama”!!!! The bouncer was white, bald head maybe 40s… and the way he removed her was shocking. She was not drunk and conducted herself in an appropriate manner. He forcefully grabbed her arm and started to drag her out of the club, not even allowing her to say goodbye to her friends who were only a couple metres away. Then he pushed her out of the doors, where there were 2 other bouncers standing and didn’t react at all. All this for just trying to keep herself and others safe??!!!! A club myself and all of my friends will never be returning to… and I’d recommend people go to a different club if you want to have a half decent night!!!
