Nothing wrong with old 80's classics, but not all night long on a Saturday night unless advertised as an eighties night. Suggest playing a mix of more up to date contemporary dance music. Also give the floor a good clean as my shoes where sticking to the floor on every footstep. My personal opinion would to insist on a higher standard of dress code
Visited on a Saturday night and was very busy with a good selection of music and good atmosphere. Kind of sad to see the upstairs bar, the piano room and the outside hot food area all closedmaybe showing my age a little
Went here recently, ordered 2 shots of Patron silver tequila shots and my mouth dropped when the bill was £20. £10 for a shot of tequila?? It doesn’t even cost that much at clubs in London. What makes it even sketchier is that they weren’t poured in front of me which is customary. Absolute price gouging and reprehensible. Do not recommend.
Nightclub was ok / great music , could get to the bar very easy as wasn’t overcrowded Only thing that let it down was the extortionate prices for drinks 4 double Jd and cokes , £72 plus a 10% service charge is shocking
The rudest Polish bloke ever met me by my friend at the door. We were non residents and he wouldn’t let us in because we weren’t staying there. The advert online said £5 entry for residents and £10 for non residents. He didn’t seem to understand simple English quoting the advert. Obviously it was a waste of time arguing with him and the 3 mutes stood behind him. I think it was because we were 2 blokes. Maybe was a blessing in disguise because as we were waiting for the taxi probably 48 of the 50 people who went in were blokes too. Taxi took us back to the Royal in Sutton. My advice, just go there and don’t waste the 20 quid to not get in Bel Air.
No 1. They sold us a glass of wine very misleadingly, and they charged us £17.50. The pool is small and crowded. The shower flooded the bathroom in room 1507. And we'd upgraded and paid extra. No biscuits in the room. And I wasn't able to have earl grey tea, pal you charged me £5.20 for a pot of tea earlier in the day. We asked for our robes and slippers from the room to use in the pool, and then told we could get those from the pool area, to then be told there would be a charge for them. The service when dining was slow. Although friendly, they definitely forgot about us. 2 you need to work on your customer service because coming from that background the only real genuine customer service we recieved was from the cleaning lady. Oh yeah. And your avocado on toast was cold thanks. Don't advertise as a spa day when you don't include your fire and ice experience. Make sure in future you advertise your dining credit does NOT include drinks.
Absolutely disgusting £14.50 for 2 RUM and diet cokes. Then when they came they were in plastic glasses and one of them had lipstick all over it. Also a leak in the ceiling and a caution warning about the wet floor.
Stunning venue drinks are expensive but for a treat it's a lovely place to go. Music could be a little more upto date. All in all we had a good night
Arrogant doorman asking me dad about a brand where his shoes were made! He had a pair of Louis vuitton unfortunately not recognised by the type of security employed! Absolutely out of order
Not worth visiting. Dinks are overpriced, bar service slow and he most arrogant and rude door staff you will come across. Also not very clean its like the whole place is sticky.
