Popped in for a snack after visiting the doctors surgery just across the road. There is a ramp allowing wheelchair access to the store, but inside the store is cramped enough that I doubt a wheelchair user could get anywhere but the counter area. There is a wide variety of products and what looked to be a kitchen area at the back for fresh hot food - this was closed in the morning when I visited though. Prices are typical for a small convenience store - you're paying for local access and extended opening times, so it's handy for emergencies but you wouldn't want to do your main shop there. Staff were friendly and helpful though, and the store was clean and tidy.
My son frequently used this store but never again. Every Asian guy that was working there after 1am 9.9.22 thought it would be hilarious to hide my sons bike. Its all he owns. They already knew his mental state and still they did it and laughed at him whilst he was freaking out. Sack the lot of them and hire new staff. Absolutely disgraceful.
The staff were rude, arrogant & completely unhelpful! There's a strange smell in there that lingers long after visiting. I will not be going back at all, the level of service is absolutely appalling!
Find it ridiculous that when I went to pay with phone I was told that only a minimum of £5 allowed, who uses cash these days and why should a customer be forced to pay extra when all they require is a can of drink, they need to get in modern world and stop trying to Rob everyday customers who will take business elsewhere
Local convenience store, has most of your everyday essentials. Cash machine is available outside, I think they charge now for withdrawals. They have a small Food to Go deli inside offering halal warm and cold foods.
Good for geek bars £5 and they have lots of items to save going all way to big supermarket, it’s also 24hrs
my brother went to this shop late at night and was approached by two people to mug him. My brother sustained a cut to the head and was going back into this store for help where 1 member of staff asked him leave due to bleeding. my brother need help after been assaulted but the muggers didn't get anything. this store is disgraceful my brother looked for help and they told him to get out after been assaulted and because he was bleeding. this store has now been put on Facebook on save are beeston and telling people to boycott this shop has the staff are disgraceful and not helping there community when someone is in trouble. for me I hope this shop goes downhill has the staff have only got them selves to blame. UTTER DISGRACE WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN
My husband has worked for Kasa And the boss called Khalil Has not paid him , when my husband called Him to get his wages they guy said he was out of city and will pay him at the end of the week , I have then called On behalf of my husband and explained To him that end of the week Friday is today my husband needs his wages and firstly has comitted a crime by paying below minimum wage: the boss has then said stop calling this number and I have spoken to your husband that I will pay at the end of the week , moving forward it’s the last day of the week today and I’ve said if you don’t pay will have to take a route with police and then the boss said if you want to give me that threat you can and hung up. I will get him a fine as what he has done is illegal sorry khallil you shouldn’t employ someone if your not going to pay never WORK FOR KASA
Really nice interior, very friendly staff. Services include lottery, paypoint, and they sell alcohol. They are also open 24 hours a day.
NEVER USE!! Tried to order online and they cancelled for no reason!
