We go in this shop at least once every day. The staff are always really nice and helpful. The self service tills are disastrous, but that can be said with most self service checkouts (not you, McDonalds, you're doing great).

All staff very nice and professional apart from one lady with ginger hair she has Very poor customer service skills rude and needs to crack a smile

Poor service every time. Just feel like I'm interrupting the staff's social gatherings each time we go in!! Shelves are regularly empty too.
