I went in short bob went to short back and sides and she did exactly what I asked she got exactly what I meant and couldn’t fault her work what’s so ever. She was kind, validated my anxiety’s explained what she was doing and was so thorough with my hair and usually I go when I’ve gone somewhere else and I got something to pic out about how they missed something but not here… absolutely brilliant job will definitely be returning!!!! Also decent price for what you receive, the girls in there are lovely as well can not fault my time here.Services: Head shave
First time visiting Kara's for a wax, and am really impressed with Georgia. Efficicient, diligent and one of the most pain free bikini waxes I've ever had. I'll definitely be back, and recommend it if you're looking for a waxing salon in Gloucester.Service: Body waxing
I have had three ear piercings done here over the years, and all three experiences were perfect! Karl is particularly caring, patient and quick with his piercings. Couldn’t recommend anyone better. Thank you!

Felt very relaxed, staff are friendly and loved how my hair turned out
I booked an appointment for my two nieces and my nephew. They were busy, and understaffed. This wasn’t a big problem for me, but just bare this in mind if you are planning on booking with Kara’s. The issue for me, was the customer service. Jennifer the lady who cut my nieces’ hair, was blunt and condescending. Her interactions with myself and the girls, was patronising and rude. From the very start, her demeanour made it seem like cutting their hair was a chore. I would not come again. It’s a shame, because the lady who did my nephews hair was lovely, and did a great job. I would have definitely booked him in for future haircuts, if it wasn’t for the service with Jennifer.
Staff are friendly and helpful they are always busy, they do beauty as well as piercings, I do use and will continue to use
I got two piercings done, the first was done amazing no problems, healed perfectly! Second one….the lady ripped through the cartilage causing it to bend, it’s took her 3 attempts to get through…this left me in extreme and I mean extreme pain! Ear bleeding, Even after waiting for it to heal I can’t put a normal size bar through it as it’s caused extreme tissue damage. There was no offer of a discount/refund or even an apology just a smile like nothing happened. Don’t recommend piercings here!!
Had a helix piercing; chap was quick, reassuring, efficient, I barely felt anything, and all at a fair price. Will be back!
