Beauty Box

Such a disappointing experience in the end. I went to this place once to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed and, to be fair to them, loved them! Hence wanting to go back again a month after but only being able to do so after work hours (7:00pm) luckily, i checked online that they do one "late night" a week (Thursday i think it was and called to confirm this. The woman on the phone confirmed that it was correct and i was all booked in for 7:00pm on Thursday. When Thursday evening came i went to the shop and...it was closed. Tried calling to see if anyone was in and unfortunately not. It turns out the woman felt like having an early night and didn't feel the need to call and tell me so I had paid for town centre parking and made the trip...for nothing. As good as they were with my tint and wax, customer service always prevails. Never again.

Just had the most amazing Microdermabrasion facial of Natalie, I really can’t believe the results!! I’m super happy! Beauty box is for sure the best salon ive ever been too in Gloucester!

Natalie is excellent at her job and always makes you feel right at home.Very skilled electrolysis and always works hard and quickly! I would recommend her to anyone looking for the services she offers.

Couldn’t recommend Beauty box more, visit regularly for treatments. Just tried out the new LED facial and my skin feels amazing!

Had an exceptional Back, Sack and Crack prior to my Gran Canaries trip, Staff professional, helpful and the box is great value compared to where I use to visit.
