From the second I stepped through the doors to the second I left I was wowed. Showed around the salon introduced to other members of staff (which is great for anyone with anxiety) and Zoe spent time really understanding my needs. She gave me an amazing cut, chatting all the time making me feel at ease. Marina also made the effort to introduce herself and get involved in the excitement of my friends wedding etc. The information on the products was very informative but at the time felt like they were almost over sold, but when I asked if the girls were on commission was told no but they all believe in the products so much they enjoy selling them. Which make me more confident in purchasing in the future. As I was leaving I was handed a cute little box with a thank you on which contained so chocolates, what a lovely touch. Thank you Zoe for my new hair and Marina your team is amazing, keep doing what you are doing.

I was quoted £200!! and not allowed to decide when or how I would like my hair done.....I went in initially to ask for an overview of price for a haircut and half a head of highlights. I was quoted £60 for a haircut with the added conditioning and gloss treatments, as i was told my hair needed some TLC, and that it looked worn, I was expecting to be sold added extras, but i felt like if i had declined the add ons she would have not let me get the hair cut! This price i was told was half price! I then asked about a half a head of highlights only to be told that due to the condition of my hair she would be looking at waiting 4 - 5 weeks, and i'd need to get the highlights done, with another haircut, with the added treatment so in total it would come to...£138, this is excluding the £60 for the initial hair cut. So in total around £200, for TWO cuts and HALF a head. I asked if i could just have the half a head and she said no they would not be able to do that without the added treatments. I was actually shocked, as it should be my choice when i choose to get my hair coloured, and my choice if i want a haircut at the same time. My hair is in no way in such a bad condition to warrant a total of £200!! I spoke to another hairdresser and they were just as shocked as me, The other hairdresser booked me in for cut and colour no problems!! I actually find it laughable at just how much this lady was quoting me. Especially when I looked on prices online and what i was asking for should have realistically come to £90.

FANTASTIC ladies, FANTASTIC product and a wonderful experience every time I arrive to when I leave. It always feels like I'm leaving a new lady and the redken product I now use at home helps keep me feeling this way. I can't fault the experiences I've had with them. My hair is In the most amazing condition! I'd hugely recommend a cut, colour, treatment or even just a blow dry. Thank you in particular to the lovely Abby. Keep up the fantastic work! X

Excellent service, staff professional but very friendly. I have been a client for more years than I care to remember and would highly recommend.
