Disappointing service
Went there today to collect a parcel that DPD advised is there. The guy working there (Jay) told me that they do not have this parcel and was pretty blunt. I showed him the email from the courier DPD confirming it has been there for a week and will be returned if I don't collect today, but he told me they don't have it and wasn't prepared to look
Having contacted DPD they advise that this shop does have the parcel
If you're going to offer this service from your shop please be less blunt with people and try to be helpful when someone comes in for a parcel
