Popped in to return a parcel and had excellent service . The man who came to the customer service was so polite and helpful. He was patient and so reassuring as I had never used this process before. He really went above and beyond. Thank you
Waitrose is lovely. But they stopped doing their own, waitrose lemon shortbread. Viennese whirls and Viennese chocolate fingers. So annoying, when they discontinue all the great foods. Please could you bring these back and the biscuits penny tins.
Usually good but seems to be run now by part time students. They don’t seem to have had any training and when trying to get service on the delicatessen counter a girl came across from the fish counter. No gloves, or washing of hands, just picked the pie up… no thought for cross contamination.
The only place I can get a certain product I like , helpful staff who got the box down from the top of the shelf. Although today the fish counter smelled very very fishy!
This is a lovely clean store with really nice friendly staff. You will always find someone willing to help you. The store has its own private car park with disabled parking close to the doors. You can place a order with deliveroo and have your items delivered in less then 30 minutes of ordering at a low fee. There are public toilets available at this shopping centre. Local Pharmacy, dry cleaning, Costa Coffee, charity shops or a lovely walk Dow the river mole. You can also get free cash withdraw inside the store.
