I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the baguettes I have purchased from Hersham waitross. On multiple occasions, I have found that the baguettes are consistently undercooked. While the sides appear properly baked, the majority of the baguette remains raw inside.nAs a regular customer who enjoys fresh bread, this recurring issue is quite disappointing. I am not sure if this is due to my unfortunate luck or if it reflects a broader problem with the baking process.nI hope you will address this issue promptly to ensure better quality control.
Great staff, clean and organised store. Security guard thinks he’s Jack Bauer. Followed me throughout the shop, every time I moved in the alcohol aisle he decided to move as well. I’m all for loss prevention but when you’re profiling people and moving at their every step it’s a bit too much. Eventually asked him if he wanted to carry my basket for me and sneaked away like a pseudo-secret service agent. I left without buying anything as was worried I’d be rugby tackled on exit.
This is a lovely clean store with really nice friendly staff. You will always find someone willing to help you. The store has its own private car park with disabled parking close to the doors. You can place a order with deliveroo and have your items delivered in less then 30 minutes of ordering at a low fee. There are public toilets available at this shopping centre. Local Pharmacy, dry cleaning, Costa Coffee, charity shops or a lovely walk Dow the river mole. You can also get free cash withdraw inside the store.
Broken, empty freezers and lots of spaces on the shelves. Not sure if this is normal for a Wednesday afternoon or if a delivery hadn't arrived but the store felt like it was in decline and in need of some work.
Smaller than my usual waitrose but I still found what I needed. It was not too busy and overall I had a positive experience
