Awful shop. Rude staff who aren't helpful with anything and just want your money. They don't care about anyone because they know people are forced to use them as a local business. Dirty shop, damaged and out of date goods and a Hermes pickup point that doesnt work 70% of the time and they refuse to do things like type in reference numbers making you have to go elsewhere. Avoid if you possibly can. Zero stars would be too good for this place.
The woman who works in this shop is very unhelpful and rude for no apparent reason. In future I will support other local businesses who value their customers and treat others in a respectful way.
Would be 0 stars if that were possible. The must unhelpful and RUDE woman I've ever had the misfortune to encounter in any shop anywhere. Saw her attitude a couple of times in the past directed at others, and you never know the whole story. But it was my turn today, for no reason. When I turned around and left in disgust without doing what I went in for, she threw something at me! Fortunately her aim was poor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The Hermès packageless returns process is really easy but I managed to mix up my returns labels so didn’t know which went on which package. The staff were really patient and helpful and told me what to do to fix things. Easy!
its really nice shop and they very helpful i do not know why people why they complain because people sometimes rude with her eswell and stil people complain about her but knoe one knows what happen she follow her rules but ya she is really good people
Worst place ever! Very rude and worst customer service so do not go there
My daughter took a £5 note and was given an old £1 coin in her change. I know my child doesn't keep other cash. The woman checked the money before giving her change so was aware a child would not dispute not going anywhere near that shop again.
Rang up the shop to see if that was the parcel collection shop and rude woman on the phone said “ I’m busy u come here” and put the phone down … would never go there even in desperate measures
What a convenience store! They have everything and it's the tidiest shop I have ever been to, you can tell how loved this shop is. I sent a Hermes return to Amazon, bought some balloons and a scratch card!
Avoid. Terrible staff and zero service.
