I would like to say a big thank you to Chris and Kane's for all your love and support you gave to us on the passing of my mum we couldn't have wished for a better service you go above and beyond ,Chris the lady who works there is so lovely she made us feel so welcome when arranging her funeral I would recommend this funeral directors to anyone ,please do not believe the fake review posted before take what you will from somebody who has the time at such a bad time to write such a review .this is a good directors to go for great service from a local company ,thank you Chris and all concerned

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company. The lady who saw to us when we arrived was shocking . She answered the business phone . Then answered her mobile to which she called the person a witch (her daughter) I'm sorry this is not what I want to hear when I've just lost a loved one ... whilst we were discussing funeral arrangements a family came in to see their family member they had lost. Once they had gone thru to the back the lady turned to us and said 'they do my head in' 'wouldnt mind I can't even understand them' (they were Chinese). We asked about bringing our loved one home on Sunday .she advised us they were closed and charged etc to bring them home at the weekend so best do it Friday. I'm sorry I am still upset at the way we was treated. If doing this wasn't hard enough. She made it unbearable Gave them 1 star cos couldn't rate 0. They weren't the cheapest either

I lost my husband mick on the 21 ov feb so we went to kanes who wer e very good in every way from the minute we walked in she made my self and my family feel better talking and explaining every thing and very careing it was so much appreciated at such a sad time thank you xxxxxx

We were very happy with kane funeral services. They were very helpful & friendly people, we made the right choice going to kanes. Funeral service was excerlent, we could not fault it. We would highly recomend kane funeral services in breck road, liverpool. Thankyou, linda craig & family, liverpool.
