Kam Hon Chinese Take Away

After trying a few places in Norwich, we finally settled on this place. Very good food, we've tried a few different meals and they were all very good.

I thought it would be nice based on reviews but it one of the worst meals I have ever had, my egg fried rice was black and clumpy, meat spring rolls oily, chow mein was awful, the curry sauce had oil sitting on top of it in the cup! The chicken curry was tasteless. One star is being gracious. Menu went straight in the bin

Awful service and rude. Everything was an effort and they weren't interested in helping. They don't do Satay sauce, they don't do mixed hors d'oeuvres, they won't take payment over the phone. Was staying in a holiday destination down to the road that was known to them and they were rude about the location three lodges in one Street, it wasn't hard. Didn't even complete the order and ended up hanging up from being spoken to like I wasnt worth being polite to.

Ordered from this take away based on the very positive reviews. Ordered: Sweet and sour chicken balls Beef in black bean sauce Salt and chill pepper chicken Chicken chow mein Some unknown special dish Overall, nothing was bad, but also nothing was particularly good either. Pretty bland all round. Would not order from here again.

Used to use this takeaway regularly a few years ago food was always good recently ordered a meal looking forward to some good food but unfortunately not as I remember don't get me wrong meal wasn't bad just not as good as I remember bit of a shame.

I've been to loads of Chinese takeaways from various places and nothing compares to KamHon. The sweet and sour chicken balls are delicious and there are lots of them in a portion. The special fried rice is amazing and the spring rolls are massive! This is by far my favourite Chinese takeaway!
