KM is an incredible and unique store that stocks the best garb around. We need a shop like this in the south of England! I love the parcels when they arrive; they are beautifully wrapped and have the signed card enclosed. It's all about the little things.
I've been buying from Kafka Mercantile for the best part of three years now and it's arguably the best clothes shop in the UK. And I've yet to step foot instore. The website is clear and really easy to use and they stock some of my favourite brands including Orslow, Engineered Garments, Porter Yoshida, Paraboot etc. It's not the cheapest shop to buy from but you pay for what you get product and service and their Patron programme loyalty scheme is great. "Every little helps" as Tesco say. I find their customer service to be exemplary with any question or query answered quickly and efficiently. It's hard to find fault with Kafka Mercantile and I'm constantly recommending them to friends and family. If, for some reason, I could only buy clothes from one shop it would have to be Kafka Mercantile every time!
Recently bought a pair of OrSlow fatigues from these guys. Ordered at lunchtime and they were delivered less than 24hrs later. Beautifully packaged and a top quality product. Will be ordering again for sure!

That's now 5 or 6 jackets I've bought from these guys and they are by far the best I've dealt with. The Packaging and presentation of your purchase will take some beating. Always have my parcel with me the day after I've ordered it. 10/10
Wife got me a shirt for Christmas. Wrong size so returned it. Asked them to save me the correct size which they did and even refunded my wife the difference as it had gone into the sale. Outstanding customer service.
