Terrible, rude service. They lost on potentially £300. My partner and I just waited for 20 minutes for riding boots and to be fitted for riding helmets. After being told repeatedly that we would attended to shortly, the staff continued to have long interactions with other customers. I work in retail and completely understand the stress of serving multiple customers at once, but there is also a fair and professional way to do it. And to add insult to injury, I was completely looked over for my fitting as the staff member arbitrarily picked his next customer from the people standing in the room even if I protested. I believe in supporting local shops, but as retail worker myself I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. We will be bringing our business elsewhere.

Amazing selection of horse and country clothing and goods also a great place to loose the wife 😃 for a few hours staff extremely helpful
