I have very long, thick hair and have had varying experiences with salons colouring it, some taking a very long time and others not being able to do it. Kay was brilliant! She coloured my hair and put in highlights very efficiently, so I wasn't there for half a day, and the colours have come out absolutely beautifully. I’ve taken my 3 year old to Kay since he had his first bad hair cut elsewhere and she’s fab! He has curly/wavey hair so a bit harder than straight and every time she’s so fast and if he’s not happy she so lovely with him and he always gets a treat after :. I have been having my hair cut and coloured by Jess at K2 for years and she is brilliant. My husband and 2 young children also have their hair cut by Jess and she is brilliant with the kids. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!Services:&nbsp;Hair coloring

One of the best experience I have had at any hairdressers, Kay and the staff know how to cut and style my hair the way I like it, not like the way other hairdressers think it should look, Always very pleasant and chatty  again not like others in the area who just want you in/out I always sent friends and family to Kay who are looking for a new hairdresser, and they all say the same, Thank you Kay and the staff are awesome. Been cutting my little lad's hair since he was 2, they're always professional and patient with him, and do a fantastic job at a fair price.  Would recommend to anyone.

I have taken both of my children to Kay for the last 4 years. She always gives them a friendly welcome, cuts their hair quickly and it looks fab. She also spoils them by letting them raid the sweets afterwards!Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I would absolutely not recommend this salon as a place to get your young child's hair cut.  My husband booked an appointment for our 2-year-old son, as we had seen on their website that K2 cut children's hair. Yet, on arrival, they were pretty much ignored and sat on a chair near reception. No one acknowledged them or even gave a smile. It was as if they all thought, oh great, a toddler is here! It was another 15 minutes before someone came and spoke to them without any apology for running late.  The male hairdresser, who cut his hair, made them feel like an inconvenience and couldn't have been any less welcoming. Our son cried the whole of the appointment and no attempt was made to talk to him or ease his stress.  Whilst we appreciate that cutting a young child's hair isn't easy, there is no need to be unfriendly and make no effort. Please don't advertise that you cut children's hair or accept an appointment for a toddler if the hairdresser isn't happy to do this.

Absolutely brilliant cut and colour at an affordable price, and was made to feel very welcome - will be returning for sure! ThankyouServices:&nbsp;Hairstyling
