Fantastic experience at Fontage! Leyla was so attentive in listening to what I was looking for in a curly cut, and made me feel very comfortable, having not had my hair cut in a professional salon for several years. She also me lots of tips and tricks to maintain the look I was after which were very helpful. Would 10/10 recommend to any curly girls looking for someone who understands our hair!
Lovely salon. Leyla is brilliant at what she does, and such a friendly and welcoming lady. She did a complete transformation on my curls and gave me a fringe and left me feeling so happy with my look. I will definitely keep returning!

For over 10 years we have had 1000’s of satisfied customers. Our customers are loyal and extremely happy with all our services. Whilst our version of events differs significantly from your account we have no desire to go back and forth with a Google review. Good luck in your future endeavours.
They have damaged my hair my curls have lost their shape. I had 2 consultations stating they were able to correct my hair as the roots were not correctly blended at a different salon. I was happy to pay extra for my hair to be specifically how I wanted. I asked multiple times if this is possible as I am going on holiday and I want my hair to be fixed they said that is very unlikely for it to go wrong as it is an easy job. My hair was bleached to a warm blonde previously and I wanted it to be a cooler shade but they managed to make it much darker with toner and it had a greyish under tone. She removed the toner and my hair felt very dry and brittle, she put on another toner and again made my hair dark again, the reason for me to bleach my hair was for it to look blonde not dark. They didn’t blow dry and straighten my hair properly and I wanted this to be done as I was going on holiday the next day. I was not happy with the results at all and I didn’t want to pay £60 as that is not what I asked for. My hair was damaged and more product and bleach was used, they bleached two front strands twice and it still came out orange, I was forced to dye the front dark as they were not able to bleach my hair correctly. The manager said what I asked for was completely impossible and if I don’t pay she will call the police as this is not charity. Very rude and disrespectful I was crying as I was so upset. They did not apologise once for not delivering what I was promised. My hair looks like it has highlights that have grown out due to them not being able to bleach the front correctly. Definitely would not recommend if you want highlights for curly hair. Very disappointed!!
I love Fontage - I stumbled across them on FB when I was looking for a balayage almost 2 years ago. Leyla is incredible, she's my fairy godmother and has given me the hair of my dreams. She always listens to what I want and I feel like a million dollars when she's done my hair. It always washes and maintains well between appointments - people chase me down the street sometimes to ask where I had my colour done! I always get my nails done here too, by Simone. She is so precise in her work, always so attentive and on top of everything, she makes me laugh until my sides hurt. She's wonderful, as is all the team at Fontage and I always look forward to seeing the girls at my appointments. I would highly recommend to anyone!Services: Hair coloring
Amazing! Friendly team and amazing skills. I wanted a very particular hair colour that is not easy to achieve on black hair and Leyla worked her magic and made it happen! I absolutely love my new hair and cannot wait to go back again. I highly recommend Fontage to anyone looking for a top professional hair and beauty service in a fun and relaxed salon!
I would definitely recommend this salon as the best place to go if you have curly hair like me! Leyla is absolutely fantastic - not only at understanding perfectly how to cut and layer curly hair, but also at sharing styling tips. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
