I found Karen and her team brilliant whilst buying my property, a stressful and complicated process was made much easier and stress free. I found K R very efficient and professional would recommend Karen to anybody and I will use again in the future.

Instructed KR to prepare a pre-auction report for a flat I intend to buy. KR breached their 2-day turnaround for replying - and in fact  over several days never once replied to my email or returned my 5 calls. 

When I did telephone and eventually get through to Mrs Reynolds I was aghast to be spoken to in an overbearing, patronising, arrogant, unprofessional, uncaring, disrespectful and inconsiderate manner that was quite unbecoming of somebody in her position.

The only thing Mrs Reynolds and her gatekeeper secretary seemed efficient at doing was attempting to extract the remaining 50% of the free - before doing a stroke of work! Unfortunately Mrs Reynolds missed a trick here, for had she treated me with some measure of civility and instilled me with some confidence I would have duly paid it, however I will not pay someone, who should be acting in my interest,  to speak to me as though I were some dog excrement she'd stepped in, therefore without hesitation I withdrew my instruction!

When you're buying a property, particularly at auction, it is vital to have good, open, efficient lines of communication with your legal representative. A baseline of mutual respect, trust and courtesy sets the foundation for what is likely the most important transaction of your life. 

You will read mixed reviews for KR Conveyancing - some of which extol the virtues of the organisation. Unfortunately my experience corroborates the worst of them, and I'd say unless you have a masochistic desire to be ignored then talked down to / over you're probably best going elsewhere.

If I could sum up the experience in a word, it'd be "unpleasant."

Recently completed the purchase of my new build property.. KRC made this so simple with their efficiency and prompt service delivered thanks to all at KRC very helpful competent and understanding  staff will definitely  recommend you in the future

I've have had to use solicitors 3 times for conveyancing and this firm in my opinion are the best I've ever used.

My contact was Kath who was amazingly efficient and knew everything that was required and exceeded my expectations at every opportunity. I had been used to having to chase solicitors but my experience with this firm was quite the opposite. Also the price was great compared to local solicitors, there were no additional hidden costs, they were super efficient and polite and all completed within a timescale I honestly couldn't believe a solicitor could do based on previous experiences. 100% recommend to anyone!

I strongly do not recommend KR Conveyancing. The report they provided on the property I purchased comprised of generic passages which suggested they were merely copy and pasted, with little original and worthwhile advice. They were dishonest in contacting an estate management company, and incompetent in recording and actioning emails sent to them from both me and other people making communicating extremely frustrating. Additionally they attempted to overcharge me with an incorrect completion statement, and I have still not received indemnity insurance policies which were to be provided.
