We have just used Devonalds Pontypridd to buy a house.  Nicky has been with us every step of the way, explaining and guiding us through the process, and always quickly responded to any of our queries or questions and there was a lot.  He was professional and polite at all times, yet there was a friendly warmth about him and his interactions with us.  Very impressed with the app and the ability to sign and confirm most documents through this which made accessibility so much easier when working full time. We would strongly recommend, and use again, Devonalds Pontypridd. We recently purchased a house, which completed in under 2 months from offer acceptance. The response times from Devonalds were typically within the day. In particular, Lori was outstanding in her prompt and thorough service.

My parents used Devonalds for many years for the key times in their lives. When I turned to them to help me sell their home after they sadly passed away, Nicky Jones along with Anna Gallmo were excellent. Nicky was extremely professional, swift and friendly with every stage of the process. I am very grateful their help during a difficult time.

Anna Gallmo helped my daughter to purchase her first property.  Anna was very pro-active throughout the process.  She set out all the issues very clearly and was good at 'hand-holding' us through the transaction.  She even dealt very patiently with all the pedantic points raised by me!  She was also very good at dealing with changes late in the process eg changes to amount being funded by LISA on a timely basis.  In summary, Anna was a major reason that the purchase process went smoothly and was completed on the desired timescale.  I would thoroughly recommend Anna!

Very very poor conveyancing service. Took almost 3 weeks to send out key documentation from Vendor's solicitor and only did so when contacted! Make basic errors in land registration fee amount and accounts. Certainly not the first class service paid for and promised. Avoid.
