Customer service does not even deserve one star! I received a phone call from a lady called Fiona who was absolutely awful to deal with. Never met a grown woman who really needs to learn her manners. You would think a grown woman would know that if you want something done in life - you don't be unprofessional and be personal towards another business they are meant to be working with.
