I don’t normally leave reviews but feel this one is deserved.  We are first time buyers and decided to use Chris Clark solicitors to carry out our conveyancing mainly due to the very competitive price. We had Ken Calladine assist us and I am very happy with the service we received, he took control of everything whilst explaining what was happening throughout the process, but the main thing for me was that he was honest and didn’t give us false hope unlike other solicitors within the chain which caused us all multiple issues.  I honestly couldn’t recommend the conveyancing work we had enough to others.

Ken Calladine cannot come more highly recommended. He is honestly superb and the best conveyancing solicitor I have ever experienced. Ken has been pro-active, accessible and the utmost professional in driving the sale of my property. He knows precisely what points need to be triggered and when to ensure the smooth selling and purchasing of property. On top of this his communication is exceptional, keeping you informed at all times with updates and offering expert advice/guidance throughout the process. I should add that this engagement has been managed remotely because whilst I am from Stafford, the property was in London. This proves that you can work remotely and not pay through the nose for a London based solicitor for a fraction of the quality. I will not hesitate from working with Mr Ken Calladine again.

Look elsewhere for your own sanity. The fact the company have also decided to respond to a negative review suggesting they apparently they dont know the client to save their reputation. ‍

I used it few times, always give me good advice and really friendly.
