From other reviews it is clear to see that KD Carpets care about their customers and consequently, customer service is a key focus in how they go about their business. Any company can supply a product or price match against the completion. When selecting a company to work with, you want to know that your investment is safe and that your custom is valued to the extent that whatever happens they have your back. We selected KD Carpets to provide and install all of the floor coverings at a new development we have just completed at 2 The Oval in Harrogate. Firstly, like all construction projects, challenges are part of the journey. KD Carpets have had the patience of saints, they have accommodated every hurdle and supported our every demand. Our floor coverings in each of the apartments included high quality hard floor coverings and carpets. This also required the technical application of DPC sealing and screed. The common areas to the apartment building required again both hard floor coverings and carpets. The communal stairs needed a hardwearing bullnose finish. The overall project met all of our needs and expectations, we are delighted with the outcome. However, we have faced one quite serious problem. One of the hard floor areas in a single apartment experienced an issue. KD Carpets responded and after eliminating any installation errors, arranged for the product manufacturer to attend. On the day of the visit, it was fantastic to see and meet the owners of KD Carpets for the first time. They took compete responsively and gave me total confidence that regardless of how the manufacturers responded my problem would be solved and the remedial work done quickly. Finally, the most important part of the review goes to Darren. Despite my, I am sure, frustrating and sometimes impossible demands, you have never not delivered. From sourcing product that was in short demand, great advice and the carrying of more bags of screed than you probably ever want to see again up numerous flights of stairs, I salute you! For always making me feel important and supporting my every request, thank you! You are a credit to KD Carpets and 2 The Oval happened in part because you took a role of responsibility that exceeded all our expectations. KD Carpets a highly recommended Company.
Recently had bathrooms linoleum fitted by KD Carpets who did an amazing job and would certainly recommend their services..
KD carpets at Wetherby provided a personal service despite being a large chain. I love the quality of my carpet, it was well fitted and care taken to my newly decorated hall, stairs and landing. Another advantage of using KD is they have the ability to buy in bulk and pass on the benefit to the client. I got a fab job done for a very fair price. Thank you Jamie and Allister.
