The staff are so helpful! On two occasions they have helped me carry stuff to my car. It’s such a lovely touch, thank you.

I reserved a mirror from Coventry received my txt to pick up tried to call to confirm as I was travelling an hour they said they had it. When I arrived they said it was damaged and couldn’t give it to me ?!?! Why would you not check the mirror before selling !? the click and collect generally works but won’t be doing it at this store again. Not organised at all and shrugged off my comments to say the national phone team don’t talk to them. Shambles

Lovely store ,first time going in .nBrought some lovely items

I won’t shop here again.nStaff are helpful. Good items.nLet down massively by their ParkingEye car park.nLooked at an item. Wasn’t sure but decided to buy so popped back 2 hrs and 51 minutes later….. £60 fine as I’d gone back within 3 hours.nShame. If it ruins trade the shops will stop it.
