Travelled here for planned purchase.nEllie was really customer service at it's best. Really very helpful and went out of her way to accomodate us.
Just called in to get some good quality pillows. Not one single sales person upstairs to ask, downstairs was a woman behind the till that clearly got the job by default. Rude, lack of manners and looked like she couldn't wait till closing time. Nice items but won't use again...
I recently ordered several large pieces of furniture from JYSK Swadlincote. The staff there were really helpful and courteous while assisting me with my purchases and also when I went back to collect the furniture. The furniture here is great value and very well made but I was most pleased with the people that served me and helped me. I'd definitely shop here again and would recommend JYSK to others.
Great value, great selection, who needs Ikea?
Traveled 30min to store to pick item up that was showing in stock. Didn’t have it, staff are clueless.
